At Dhaliwal Mart, we truly care about your shopping experience.
Our goal is to make online shopping safe, easy, and stress-free.
If something doesn’t go right with your order, our easy 7-day return and exchange policy has you covered.


📦 Return or Replacement Made Easy

  • You can return or replace your order within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals.

  • If you want to return an unopened product, we’ll happily accept it — but shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.

  • If you want a replacement because of a change of mind or color/model preference, it’s possible within 7 days — again, shipping charges will be deducted.

💡 This policy applies to all Dhaliwal Mart products, including smartwatches, earbuds, accessories, garments, and bags.


🚚 If You Receive a Wrong or Damaged Product

If you receive:

  • A wrong product,

  • A damaged product

  • A faulty product that doesn’t work under warranty,

Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel through WhatsApp or email.
Send clear pictures or a short video for proof, and we’ll offer a free replacement  — including shipping charges if it was our mistake.

💰 Refund Process & Timelines

  • After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 10 to 15 working days.

  • Refunds will be sent through your original payment method or bank transfer (for Cash on Delivery orders).

  • Please note: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.

🚫 Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene and product safety, some items are non-returnable:

  • Used or opened items (like earbuds, handsfree, or intimate apparel).

  • Items are missing their original packaging or accessories.

  • Customized or made-to-order products.


🧵 Custom Orders

If your product was custom-made for you, it’s only eligible for a 50% refund, as these items are made to your specifications.

❌ Order Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel your order before dispatch by contacting our support team or via WhatsApp.

  • If the order is already shipped, you can still return it after delivery, but shipping charges will apply.

  • If you refuse delivery, we’ll deduct two-way shipping costs from your refund.

🧾 How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp or email.

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos/videos if needed.

  3. Our team will guide you through the next steps and approve your request.
