If you get the wrong item, a damaged product, or just change your mind, don’t worry — our easy 7-day return and exchange policy is here to help.

Return or Replace:

You can return or replace your order within 7 days after receiving it. Please make sure the product is unused, packed in its original box, and includes everything that came with it, like accessories or manuals.

Unopened Product:

If your item is not opened and you still want to return it, that’s okay. We will accept it, but shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.

Replacement:

If you want to replace your item (for example, a different color or model), you can do that within 7 days. In this case, shipping charges will also be deducted from the replacement amount.

Wrong or Damaged Product:

If you receive a wrong, damaged, or faulty product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Send clear pictures or a short video on WhatsApp or email. We will send you a free replacement including shipping if the mistake was ours.

Refund Time:

After we receive your return and check the product, your refund will be sent within 10–15 working days. Refunds are made through your original payment method or by bank transfer if you used Cash on Delivery. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable unless the issue was from our side.

Non-Returnable Items:

Some products cannot be returned for hygiene and quality reasons. These include used or opened earbuds, handsfree, innerwear, or products without original packaging or missing parts.

Custom Orders:

Custom-made or special orders are made only for you, so only a 50% refund is possible once confirmed.

Cancel Order:

You can cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting our support team. If your order is already shipped, you can still return it after receiving it, but shipping charges will be cut. If you refuse to take the parcel at delivery, two-way shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

We deliver all across Pakistan with trusted courier partners. Orders placed before 3 PM are usually shipped the same day. Delivery time depends on your city and courier service. Shipping charges are decided by third-party delivery companies and are non-refundable.
